YOUR RESET EXPERIENCE

Your Second Half Reset Resources

You do not need to complete everything at once. These resources were designed to work in a specific order. Use the tool you need for the stage you are in, produce the evidence, then move forward.

The goal is not to finish PDFs. The goal is to use them to change what happens next.
01 Assess
02 Decide
03 Establish
04 Execute
05 Review
06 Sustain

Use the system in order.

Start with the Baseline Assessment before trying to change everything. Let it show you where the evidence says your attention belongs.

Then read The Second Half Reset with that diagnosis in mind. You are not looking for twelve new things to add to your life. Pay particular attention to the standards that confront the patterns you need to change.

From there, move through the resources one stage at a time.

How to Use Your Second Half Reset

Read the short implementation guide if you want the complete explanation of how the book and resources work together.

Open the Guide

Same resource. Two formats.

01

Use on your phone

Larger text, more breathing room and a layout designed for reading comfortably on a mobile device.

Best for digital use
02

Print it

A4 versions designed for printing, handwriting, reflection and keeping beside you while you work.

Best for writing by hand

You do not need both versions. Choose whichever makes it easiest for you to actually use the resource.

01 ASSESS

Baseline Assessment

Before you decide what needs to change, establish where you are.

Examine the recent evidence behind your clarity, attention, standards, execution, recovery and self-trust.

Use this first. Complete it from the evidence of the last 60–90 days. You will return to it again at Day 30 and Day 90.
02 DECIDE

The Reset Workbook

Turn what you have seen into decisions about what happens next.

Decide what still matters, what needs to stop, what your Primary Win is, where the finish line sits and what trade-offs the Reset will require.

Use after the Baseline Assessment. Do not rescue everything. Decide what deserves your resources now.
03 ESTABLISH

12 Non-Negotiables Scorecard

Measure the standards you are actually living.

Score recent evidence across all twelve Non-Negotiables, judge their relevance to your current Reset, then choose the few standards that most need to become operational now.

Do not strengthen all twelve at once. Choose only 1–3 Priority Non-Negotiables.
04 EXECUTE

Daily Operating Card

Focus the day. Protect the standard. Record the evidence.

Keep today's meaningful result visible, anticipate the moment you are likely to negotiate, protect a minimum version, and close the day by recording what actually happened.

Morning: about 2 minutes. Evening: about 2 minutes. This is not another daily planner.
05 REVIEW

Weekly Reset

Review the evidence. Correct what matters. Enter the next week on purpose.

Look at what the week actually produced, identify the pattern behind the results and make the one correction that would make the next week meaningfully better.

Use once a week. A bad week is information. A good week is information. Use both.
06 SUSTAIN

30-Day Reset

Thirty days to turn a decision into evidence.

Stay with your Reset long enough to produce repeated evidence, survive disruption, recover quickly and discover what deserves to continue beyond Day 30.

Evidence over streaks. Recovery over perfection. This is not a 30-day streak challenge.

Return to the evidence.

At Day 30, complete the Baseline Assessment again before looking at your original scores. Then compare the evidence.

Return once more around Day 90.

Prefer to keep everything offline?

The guided sequence above is still the recommended way to use the Reset. These complete packs are simply here for convenience.

The rest of the year still counts.

Do not try to perform the Reset perfectly. Use the next resource when the process calls for it. Make the decision. Produce the evidence. Return when you drift.
